Simulation
The simulation of the robot plant takes place in virtual production surroundings in front of a PC or a high-performance workstation.
In the simulation system, we can assemble the planned plant simultaneously, move robots and carry out feasibility, placement and collision studies. We can furthermore define cycle times in real time and optimize them, as we can connect our simulation software to real controls.
For plant and robot simulation we use:
SolidWorks 2008 for creation and processing of CAD-drawings of the plant components
EASYROB for simulation and real-time analysis
FAMOS for simulation of applications of process technology
